Haj Taher Masri Company Plc. (HTM) is one of the oldest companies in Nablus founded in 1927 by late Haj Taher Masri. Since its establishment, HTM diversified its business into several commercial, industrial and agricultural fields. In 1953, it expanded its operation into the services sector by constructing two fuel stations in the most strategic locations in the city of Nablus. Meanwhile, real estate development was one of the major HTM businesses.

Recently, business takes a new turn, we have many business divisions including real estate development , property management , fuel stations, engine oils and building technologies.

HTM has acquired many exclusive distribution rights for international companies including Bizol , North sea, Milpet , ACDelco , Sauer , Daliform , Bond it , Quiadsa and Diasen .

Financial department

The financial department is considered as the main departments in the company. It has the tasks of managing the available financial resources on the basis of the policies, instructions and systems issued by company management. It also prepares the financial reports and submit them to decision makers in the company.

 Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for preparing the Annual Budget and annual financial report.
• Responsible for the submissions of periodic financial plans and reports to the General Manager and the Board of Directors.
• preparing and monitoring cash flows and predicting future trends.
• Develop procedures and financial management tools and oversee their implementation by financial staff and other departments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Actively participate in company’s strategic planning and provide consult and analysis that would guide company’s growth from a financial perspective.
• Development and management accounting systems, and processing of all daily accounting transactions .
